George Davidson Pearline Stemmed Basin with Cover – 1896 – Uranium Opalescent – Etched RD325539
Antique stemmed basin with lid was made by George Davidson & Co. in 1896. Crafted in their iconic Pearline glass, it features a stunning opalescent glow that fluoresces under UV light thanks to its uranium content. A rare and highly collectible piece of Victorian glassware.
- Maker: George Davidson & Co.
- Pattern/Style: Pearline
- Year: 1896
- Material: Uranium opalescent glass
- Measurements: Approximately 8” tall x just under 6” wide
- Markings: Both the lid and the bowl are etched with RD325539
Condition: Overall in very good antique condition. There are two tiny nicks—one on the underside of the lid and one on the rim of the bowl. These are barely noticeable but noted for accuracy. Please see photos for details.
A fantastic addition for collectors of Victorian glass, uranium glass, or opalescent art glass
