This is a pre-owned collectible and is being sold as pictured.
Please note: The power cord is not included, so the lighting and sound have not been tested. There are a couple of chips/damaged areas, which can be seen in the photos. There is also a missing piece on the front corner of the building. We believe the missing piece may have originally been a small black cat, but please examine the photos carefully to make your own determination.
